First, Johnny Franco deserves a lot of credit, promotion and raise! I am a novice at all of this. He walked me through steps of action to take when I did not know where to start. He is a class act, very knowledgeable in his field and oversaw every inch of the repair that was done to my vehicle. I realized that while he explained the process to me. Second, I saw the repair that was done to my vehicle. My vehicle looks so much better than when I received it from the dealership last year August! The mechanics who are doing the repairs at Five Js, are very skilled. Third, front desk staff also impressed me. They are very courteous, bright and hospitable. The place is extremely clean, a small state of the art, chi chi little front desk area. Bravo!!! Five Js!! Keep up the good work! God is Good!🦋🙏🏽 Marguerite Arthurton
