Totally satisfied with my experience with this company! ! Time without the car was not as long as initially anticipated. When finished, the car looked like it just came off of the assembly line. It was clean, inside & out. No evidence of previous damage. Smooth ride. They took great care in making my vehicle road worthy again. Can’t complain about customer service either. I highly recommend!

THE BEST! Hands down. This is the second time my car has gotten into an accident while parked. The first time around, this random guy popped up and offered to take my car to his shop. It was a nightmare, and it took over a month; they milked my insurance and did a terrible job. This time around, I chose Five J’s Automotive since its location was convenient for me. From day 1, Mike stayed in touch with me every step of the way. These guys are professionals from beginning to end. Getting to the point, my car was left looking better than ever. Thank you, FIVE J’s Automotive. Feels good to know not all mechanics and repair shops are out to get you. Hopefully, I don’t have to return anytime soon, but if I do, I WOULD BE GOING TO FIVE JS AUTOMOTIVE.

Yes I am very satisfied with the outcome of their work. I compared this shop with other shops in the Bronx. After speaking to the manager mike I knew he was the right person to do business with. The customer service was professional and the work he did on my car was outstanding. The warranty policies are also great. I am glad I selected this shop.
