Mikey was professional and well knowledgeable. The text messages to tell me the progress made me feel at ease. He told me the work could be finished by Friday and it was done Thursday. The three way communication between the insurance and Five J’s was easy through the State Farm app. I haven’t had an accident in almost 10 years but it seems the system has improved making a nightmare bearable. I would recommend Five J’s to anyone looking for good body repair work, however,if your looking for a break on your deductible it’s a no go. Thank you Five J’s for fixing my three week old 2019 Highlander and making it new again.
