I was a bit skeptical about trying a new shop since I am woman and also because my dad is a mechanic and knows many shops. The problems with these other shop is that they are not punctual about finishing the job. I was more than satisfied with how quickly Mike received my car, estimated the repair and return the car on time just like he promised. The smoothest transition I have experienced, not to say my 35 days old brand new Mercedes looks like it just came out of the dealership again. I recommend it 100%!
