My experience at Five Star Collision was great! I was a little concerned that my car would not be exactly repaired. I was happily surprised at how perfect my bmw looked perfect when I came to pick up. My customer service person, Lauren Brown, took me through the procedures of the repairs and the time they would take. She kept me up-to-date on the repair schedule. I also received bi-weekly updates texts regarding the status of repairs. Lauren was very professional, friendly and answered the questions I had I am very satisfied and happy with the repairs on my car. Thank you!

Even though your staff is very nice and pleasant, and they gave me a rental car to use for the last eight days. I was lied too several times work took twice as long as it was supposed to. This tells me they either lied to me to stall or your workers arenât talking to each other. Job was nicely done it looks great but their time management sucked.
