The repair looks fine, however the many verbal unkept completion dates and phone updates were nerve wracking. I had also requested a ‘touch-up’ repair to the front fender that I offered to pay cash out of pocket for which did not happen. Would I recommend 5-star? Maybe. Maybe not.

We were satisfied with the final product but it was promised to us originally in about 4 weeks and it ended up taking 10 weeks. We were not kept in the loop at all unless we called and harassed them constantly. We were also told things about timing that never ended up panning out. We had no rental car so this was extremely hard to do for an extra 6 weeks!

The repair was fine. The communication was terrible. It took 6 weeks longer than they had originally told us and I had to constantly call to get updates. There was no consideration that we were without a primary vehicle for 6 weeks
