The guys at Five Star really have the customer's best interests in mind, and with all the bad experiences and horror stories about Florence auto repair shops, its a relief to be able to trust somebody. I believe I have finally found my go-to guys. Also Tom and Roger we especially polite and helpful during the process and they took care of my wife when she picked the car up while I had to be at work.
