Beautiful repair. Took almost twice as long. Had to contact Ford Customer service headquarters to get service department to lift a finger. They had the car for two weeks to do a 1.5 hour job. Collision Department was great. Straightforward, did their part on time and spectacular work. Very disappointed in Service Department. I used to go to Aberdeen for all service work on my Ford. Not any more. Had to stall off vacation because of late delivery of vehicle.

Noticed Friday night that I have paint on my passenger side window and ripples on my hood in one area and a couple marks on my hood. The people that have helped me prior to this were so amazing and so kind so I really appreciate that.

I was the superintendent of the er&r Dept at the county for 13 years and was in charge of all four shops. I know good service when I see it. These people are the best in the state at what they do.
