Terrific quality body shop. Car looks as good as new. Only problem is that they're so busy you can wait months for repairs. It's worth the wait but nevertheless frustrating.

It was a lackluster job that had to be completely redone and they attempted to charge for fog lights and not put them in

The had no communication and did not due the job completely the first time. I had to bring it back for them to complete after finding out that they did not put parts back on and charged for items and never added them as well as they did a lackluster job of putting the bumper on

In the beginning, I was told my truck would be 3 to 4 weeks until finished. It took almost 4 months in the last five weeks every week I was told it would be ready the next week. None of the scratches on the driver side of my truck were even buffed out, they barely even washed the driver side of the truck. No my four-wheel-drive was not looked at or checked out and I had jobs I missed out on because I could not use my truck which I needed to tow trailers and I was continually lied to every week very unsatisfied .

I wasn't completely satisfied because there were rug pads that weren't put back in place and I have no idea how to put then in their proper areas. They cover odd things. It's like a puzzle.

The only reason I’m giving a 2 instead of a 1 is because the paint color does match. There is not enough paint on the seam of the door. I was told when pointed out that it can be buffed. Well I’ve had it looked at and just as I suspected there is no paint to buff. There is a damaged piece on the door handle that was not there when I dropped it off. I was told they would order a new piece and yes I was correct in stating it is damaged. I have not heard anything from your company. However as much as the body work on my car is unacceptable and I would never use you again. The office personnel were wonderful to work with. Very helpful and friendly!!!
