Very satisfied. Easy to work with, was able to get the car in quickly, more quickly than expected. Shop worked directly with State Farm and Toyota, and coordinated with Enterprise, and payments were handled easily. And car looks great, drives well.

Customer service was terrific. Lucia at the front desk helped us get the car in right away for an estimate, and also for the start of repairs, working with us on our frantic schedule. She also coordinated with Enterprise car rental.

Fix is very good at what they do. Aaron is amazing in his ability to work with customers and help them understand the repair. It was disappointing the team didn't accurately communicate the time line for when the car would be ready. We intentionally scheduled the repair when we would not need the car and when we called to pick it up they noted the car wouldn't be ready for another week which forced us to rent a car for $200 out of pocket. I which they had been more clear about when the car would have been ready. Not having the car when we needed it was very stressful.

Fix it does great work. Car looks amazing unfortunately they kept my car an extra week for a second claim without communicating they would need the extra time and I had to rent a car out of pocket for a week. Not ideal
