1. The bumper was the incorrect bumper so they had to order another one, adding a few days to the total time. Then, as soon as I got my car back, the warning light for the headlights was on. So I had to come back again to get that sorted out (turns out they just needed to reset the computer, but this added a lot of inconvenience for me)
