Body repair was done but during the repair the coolant was drained and never replaced. Our car overheated on the freeway and caused permanent damage to the engine that Toyota dealership estimated would cost more than 3k to repair

It took weeks to get back to me about the repair. I've had to call over and over again to check on the progress. Eventually i had to call USAA to find out the progress which they were finally able to coordinate with 17th auto about the time to bring the car in

The repair coordinator sat down with me and helped me figure out what kind of claims I needed, and the review guy was super helpful in explaining what they did and which claim covered what repairs, but most of the staff weren't helpful or responsive in letting me know what phase the repairs were at or what I needed to do in the moment-to-moment to help them out.
