Pleasant & friendly communication with 3 persons: Carla, Lucia, & Ray (note: apologize if I misspell). Smooth process in dealing with the insurance company & rental car. Ray contacted me and offered to do an extra job on several small scratches that were not covered by the claim for less than $200, which I accepted. I received periodic updates, by phone & text messages, on the work progress. I received a notice 1 day prior to the pickup date. My car was returned in very clean condition after being car washed. The repair/painting job looked good to me (note: I am not an expert). Ray went over the details about what they did to my car, the do & don'ts for several days waiting until the pain is cured, and tips on car wash thst won't cause scratches to my car. Overall: Very satisfied with the service. I will come again if I have to (note: don't want to, though) and will happily recommend anyone to go here for your car body repair.

Perfect match of Verde Azzuro paint for the bumper. Looks brand new...gave me options regarding repair...appreciate your movie g the car into the sunlight so I could see it in the light..even put coins in the meter for me while I paid inside...now that's great service!
