Nope. I wanted to be impressed. With anything -- time to repair, service, cleanliness, exceptional work. Totally underwhelmed.

Seemed like a whole lot of hurry up and wait for barely there service. Lots of niceties in the TALK, but not in the WALK, which was completely unimpressive. They did the bare minimum after keeping my car for over a week to repair a tiny scratch that required no parts.

Everyone I dealt with was exceedingly professional, accommodating and friendly. My car was fixed to perfection and I couldn’t be happier with the result. In addition, when I received my car back, it was spotless inside and out- that was a nice surprise. I’ve used Fix- Auto several times before, when it was Lofrano’s, and I’ll be returning in the future. They do great work!
