Ken gets a 10! The office person was horrible. She was âbusyâ on her personal cell phone and seemed annoyed that she had to speak to me. I said I had an appointment. She flatly said, we have no appointments today. I insisted while she argued she couldnât help me, while holding her phone to the side. I said Iâm here to have my car repaired. I made the spot with him (Ken just walked in). Oh she said âthatâs called a drop off.â Well it was an appt to me since Ken and I had arranged a day and time. She was very rude and completely unprofessional.

The repair did not completely leave the car in original condition. The bumper was not 100% fixed and on the door there is a section where they put a cover for the doors damaged.

My only complaint is the REALLY strong smell of the cleaning materials used on the inside of the car! It was very nicely cleaned at pick-up, but too smelly.
