The quality of the work on the doors, clear coat was not applied to all areas of the door jams and pillar posts (it’s on all areas on the passenger side) and there is a scratch on the corner of the hood.

We had to return the vehicle after the first repair to get the job done properly. The second time around the paint was well done, but there is still a bump along the edge of the door jamb.

When I dropped off my vehicle and estimate was given with all the parts being ordered. I stated I wanted the same grille. When I dropped off my vehicle I asked Vera if I would have the same grille, I was told yes! A few days later was told by Hannah we were still waiting on the grille...still not come in yet, I stated to Hannah we need to make sure I had the same grille. When I was told my vehicle was ready and I picked up my grille was different Vera and Hannah said it was the same , we looked at the photos my grille had a silver tint to it. I asked if they could get my old grille to compare they checked but said they did not have it, which is strange that they didnt still have it. They told me they would follow up and get back to me, that was Friday and it is Tuesday and I have not heard back from anyone. The bumper looks great and I was very appreciative that Fix It Auto offered to return my rental car.
