The work was done professionally and my car looks brand new once again. Customer service was amazing and received constant updates to keep me informed of what was going on. Carter in the office did amazing with handling any questions I had and was proactively helping me receive a satisfactory answer. The team at Fix Auto body on Selland were fantastic. They had a quick response on getting an estimate for my car as well as completing the work in a timely manner. The communication through phone and email I appreciated. This is the second time I had taken my car to this shop for two different reasons and the work was excellent both times. Easy process, good communication, eta for repair was as stated. they took extra care in providing me a clean car at the end. Even doing a quick wash when it got sprinkled on by unexpected rain. The work is flawless, you’d never know it was repaired.

They failed to complete the repair. Still things needed to be done but they called and said it was ready. I went and picked it up and had to go right back for them to plug something in so my remote key would work. Then, we noticed one of the panels on the right front was loose. Took it back again and was told they new it was loose. They didn’t have the bracket to finish it. BUT still let me drive off with the car and didn’t tell me about it. Were they ever going to tell me? Don’t know. Were they hoping I would never notice? Don’t know.
