Misleading communication ... I came to the shop to pick up the car, but it was not ready. I was told it is still being wash/clean. I waited but when I got the car, it had not been washed/cleaned as stated.

I was totally surprised at how much in the loop they keep you. It was so amazing. I never had to wonder where my car was what was happening with it how far along it was every single day there was a text telling me where my car was and an update. I totally loved it. The people there are so kind so respectful I would recommend this place 1000% and I will definitely use them in the future.
