1. Areas of the interior of my vehicle were dusty from the sanding of my paint. 2. Multiple scuffs/scratches on the black plastic trim. Front, sides and rear. 3. Overspray line where masking was at. 4. Overspray on the black plastic bumper. 5. Scratches at painted site just below door handles. 6. Crease not fixed on the door that was repaired/repainted. 7. Water spots on multiple areas of the vehicle from washing. 8. Scratches on driver door that are through the clear coat. If you review the paperwork of the condition of the vehicle at drop off none of this was on there. The vehicle was detailed prior to drop off. I’m extremely frustrated that I will have to drop off the vehicle to be repaired once again and most likely go through the process of detailing the interior of my vehicle and the possibility of items not being corrected once again. I’m having to miss work to drop off the vehicle and pickup. I have clients I will be driving around in the next coming weeks and I am not looking forward to another dirty rental. The vehicle was three month old when dropped off, I didn’t expect to see this type of damage to my vehicle.
