After being told my vehicle was ready for pick-up, my wife picked it up three days afterwards. She noted the right front quarter panel was not installed properly and not flush with other body work. She had to wait while this problem was remedied. If my wife, a lay person, could note the problem in the finished repair, it astounds me the "professionals" could and did not.

The service was good as they kept me up-to-date on the status of the repair. However, after being told it was ready for pick up, it was not --see my previous comment on the quality. They also did not respond to my inquiry as to the reason.

Everyone on the team did a great job! I was being updated by text all the time which was great! I always knew what was going on with my car and I never had to deal with voicemails and missed calls. They got it done quick and were very friendly. I'm happy with the results. The paint looks great! This is my first day back with my car so I can't comment on long term results yet, but so far she is running great! Thanks!
