Normally I would expect for people to say hello, welcome and tell me their names. I had to ask everyone what their name was. No one was rude, I just expected them to be a little more happy that I was giving them business at the beginning. The exception was the guy who drove me back to my house. Also the website said to come the next day at noon but when I called they told me to wait a week to bring it in (there was a holiday in there as well). The other issue was bad communication with Wawanessa they mailed the check to me late and in both of our names. I thought fix auto would arrange to get paid directly from Wawanessa

Car was fixed on time as promised. I was satisfied with the workmanship. And dissatisfied with the after market parts my insurance paid for but I understand that fix auto has nothing to do with those decisions. Overall customer service was great! Office staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and kept me informed. Only thing I would suggest is to have the Shuttle services until 5pm for customers convenience.
