The estimator was excellent, very professional and polite I was pleased about the estimate but was a little off not knowing what damage was under the car However no complaints about the estimate or the estimator She explained to me the estimate could change once they took everything apart The repair was excellent and my car looks like new Very excited about that The close out of the car with the receptionist was very professionally handled The paper work was complete and ready to go Finally they washed my car and cleaned the inside which was unexpected The inside and outside know looks great They did an outstanding job very professional and polite I would recommend them in a New York heart beat
