The quality of the work was a 10, but the customer service was 0 so I would have to say 5 for overall experience. My completion date was changed 4 times with a different reason given each time. I have used Fix 3 other occasions over the past 20 years and never had a problem. This was the worst.

Hesitate to make a recommendation due to slowness of completion. Also my car was dead the next morning due to loose battery cables. My son tightened them.

This is my third time bringing my car here. I’d always been satisfied in the past however, this time I feel like they were in a rush to finish it Last minute. My car had a fine white dust all over the inside. The window molding that they trimmed off was left in the cupholder in the back and the next day was Thanksgiving and I was due to go to Indio, but my car wouldn’t start. My battery was completely dead. this battery was only a few weeks old from Costco, I had to have a family member come over and put a battery charger on my battery for a few hours before it would start making me late for Thanksgiving with family. When I discussed this with the female representative that called me, she simply didn’t want to take responsibility trying to say that maybe my battery was bad, I feel like the customer service besides the wonderful front desk girl has gone way down.

At first I was not getting updates but then that improved. The date constantly changed as to when I would receive my car and changed the day of pickup so it was very hard to plan on an alternative transportation. I understand that some of that is due to the parts supplier.
