If Arlette is working there I wouldn’t recommend the shop.

Originally the bumper was flushed and I had to send it back to be fixed. Plus Arlette the manager made me take the car without the shield underneath being put on the car because it was on back order and now parts are rattling underneath the car and I don’t feel like the parts underneath the car are safe. Plus even though the car was not ready Arlette kept pushing us and rushing us to hurry and pick up the car so she could close the account even to the point of her wanting to drop it off at our house with only a few hours notice even when it was not finished. I’m very disappointed in the service that I received from management this time and that I had to send it back in the get the bumper flushed. Plus they did not do a great job cleaning it. When I got my car fixed at Fix Auto last time I had no problems with the other manager. They did a great job which is why I went back to Fix Auto. Edna and Ishmael gave wonderful service though.

I rate a 10 especially for Edna and Ishmael too. I rate a 4 for Arlette the manager. I don’t want to return to Fix Auto if Arlette is working there.

I took my cadillac xlr for repairs. It was a 2006 model. I stressed my concern about paint matching. After a conversation with Dan .B the painter. I decided to kick in the extra money to have the whole car painted. The car looks brand new. The painter at the corona location is a pro. Your car will be in good hands over there!
