My car was not fully repaired. I still have an issue with the car shaking somewhat violently on braking some of the time. Also the marker light they replaced is the wrong color and differs from the other fender

The people I talked to did not test drive the vehicle properly as I asked. They did not understand they issue and seemed to just want to finish and return the car rather than really try to find the main issue I brought it in for

Alex was amazing when he was doing my paperwork he made sure I understood everything before I signed it. He called me when I needed parts for my car he explain everything he went beyond his customer service. He was amazing. He kept me posted on anything that was going on with my car Even would come to find out I needed a brand new tire. He even helped me with that and I greatly appreciate it. thank you so much for having outstanding customer service. I wish all companies was like this one.😄

What was going on with it he explained the parts I needed it . And he also call me to let me know I needed a new tire that he went beyond his customer service to help me get.
