The work and communications were excellent One thing that was concerning, a small blemish on the rear bumper remains after the work was completed. I mean, the vehicle was there for two weeks, the insurance paid for the damage to front and rear passenger doors, and rear quarter panel etc. I paid for front bumper and grill repair out of pocket. I understand that the remaining blemish on the rear bumper was not assessed during intake, but it just seems to me that it would have been better outcome is at intake and assessment, the Fix Auto assessment person could have noted that blemish on the rear bumper and asked if I wanted to fixed. As it is now, the blemish is there, I don’t know if it was part of the insured damage and the Fix Auto photos did not include photograph of that blemish either. I just think that to be the best, someone at intake could have noticed that rear bumper blemish and could have asked me if I wanted it repaired. Now, I am in the position of having that blemish on that rear bumper without a time window to have it repaired. Not the worst situation in life, but not a great outcome.
