Staff was very courteous and more than efficient. From the time I called, and came in, i was advised about everything that was being done to my car. I brought it in on Monday for a new bumper and it was ready on Wednesday as promised. The shop is immaculate.

The workers at Fix are very friendly, professional. Chuck was my initial point of contact and remained in touch with me thru out the process of working with the insurance and getting my repairs done. He kept me in the loop on next steps, when the car would be finished and stayed with the timelines provided to me. They have a great setup with a local Enterprise who can be contacted for pickup/drop off as necessary, convenience was for the customers so I appreciated that. My car repair looks very well done and looks brand new. Braves to Chuck and Mike, I met Mike when I did my pickup, he was very nice as well. I would come here again for future needs and would recommend Fix Collision to my family members! Thanks guys!

My car was damaged from the door pannel to the back pannel including the back right wheel everything should have been cover by insurance, so i was hopping they would smooth out the wheel too but it was left scratched, everything else look polished
