Eric Garibay did an excellent job on my behalf and I want to make sure he is acknowledged. Although my car was cleaned upon pick up , it was still dirty. The replacement windshield is dirty, the headliner around the windshield has several smudges, the exterior of the car is clean but has several areas where there appears to be some type of glue or substance. If I can clean up those areas without too much effort, I will be satisfied. The repairs look good and the time frame for repair was reasonable. I like the lifetime guarantee of the work. My overall experience was very positive. Thank you

Car was delivered not so clean. Especially fabric all around the windshield and the new windshield replacement was not clean. Other areas as well but I managed to clean the areas. Also I hit the vent button for the first time for te windows. I heard a pop noise and the right side windows did not open. I tried again and they opened. I am concerned that this could be a future problem. The right side doors were fixed during repairs
