Kuo and the Fix Auto team went above and beyond for me. I was rear ended in an auto accident and the adjuster would not cover insurance on the rental car I needed. When Kuo notified me that the repairs were going to take longer than expected, I told him about my situation and concerns with paying the insurance fees for a longer period. He called the insurance adjuster directly so that he could understand and explain the reasoning to me. He then made sure that his team put my car repairs at the top of their priority list. Because they worked so hard, the repair that was originally supposed to take 3 weeks only took a week and a half. The car looked just as it did before, even better. I am so grateful to Kuo and the Fix Auto team, I am so appreciative and I plan to refer my family and friends to them, and be a customer in the future. Kuo also reassured me that there is a lifetime guarantee on the areas of the car they touched, which is an incredible reassurance.
