Bcause the vehicle hit the metal post hard. Shouldn't a alignment been done on the the vehicle. The mileage didn't change. Otherwise great job. Wish you would of got the parts earlier.

We just want to say Thank you to Tek , he is very nice and professional when we bring the car in to get fix. He said he will take care of everything and update us ocassionally on when the car will be done , which he did. The day we pick up the car, he told us to check out the car and test run to make sure everything is good. We were very satisfied, it look great and run good. We would recommend this auto shop , they do a really good job and very professional.

From start to finish, Fix Auto’s Chuck Nguyen and Tek Ung took care of me and the tedious details of repairing my beloved Subaru Forester. Getting into a car accident is very traumatizing. Getting one’s beloved vehicle (that reliably gets one to and from where we need to go) repaired need not be! I cannot recommend Fix Auto enough! They took care to explain the line item details of parts and labor, gave me clear understanding of what next steps were, and more importantly, ensured I was cared for. They called me to give regular updates to continually update and reassure me progress was being made. They finished fixing my car 8 days earlier than expected!
