They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Their honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of, and that’s exactly what they did. Fix Auto Body in Indio did an amazing job on my car and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in after my accident, Jasmin was so helpful and was very knowledgeable. Nick and Rick were also very helpful with estimates and informed me of what the next steps were. They kept me updated with regular texts/calls throughout the whole process. They handled everything with the insurance company for me. I was out of town for most of the work and I didn't have to do hardly anything! The repair work is flawless—my car looks beautiful again!" I can't say enough about this auto body shop! They are excellent!!

There were small scratches on the passenger side door. While they were spraying the repairs at the front it would have taken only a few minutes to spray the scratches. When I brought the car in I requested they spray the scratches.
