My daughter was the one in the car accident and was terrified thinking the car was not repairable. The staff at Caliber Collision did an excellent job and you can’t tell that the car was ever in an accident. They did a great job! They kept us informed throughout the whole process. Thank you! 🙏🏻😊

I was so pleased with the paint matching and work they did and they pulled up my car nice and clean with the tire pressures all checked like I had asked. Felt great to get backnin my clean car. Every employee I encountered was kind and professional. Thank you

I was extremely satisfied with the personnel at Caliber, and how they kept me notified every step of the way. Everyone was so nice and professional. I worked with two different people. I’m giving this score for Stephany who lacked in communication. She said she would call with updates on the progress of the repair to my car. I had to call her multiple times just to get any answers. Parts were delayed throughout the week, I had to ask her to check on the status of those parts which I should not have to do. Kyle stepped in to complete the job. His communication was excellent, I would give him a 10.

I noticed a extra part in my vehicle front passenger side. On that window the weather stripping is now coming off the window/door frame. It was not like that before the collision. The drivers side- weather stripping on window/door frame is as it should be. Just that the passenger side comes down and nonlinear stays secure.

Decals were black prior to repairs and are now silver. Also, infotainment screen has 3 large scratches. Prior to pickup (4 hours before) there wasn't any calibrating of the sensors done yet which was supposedly not approved at the moment. I doubt it could be been taken in in such short notice.
