Gaps around replaced door seem off. Door edge guard on repaired door missing. Back seat area not properly cleaned. Dust and debris on seat and floor mats. Not inspected prior to completion. Top of dash and digital display covered with fine dust. Minor detail but inside of windshield not cleaned.

Manager stated they would replace tailgate emblem, emblem was not replaced and was damaged further before mediocre touch up paint job was done. Still installed crooked. 7 pin harness was replaced but all harnesses still don’t have body clips replaced and are mostly just hanging. One harness was zip tied to hitch, looks like a trailhead repair and not professional whatsoever. Since it wasn’t done right the first time I’m already out of pocket over $70 in diesel and almost $40 in gas for my wife’s car, 6 hours total in driving which equals 12 total man hours between my wife and I completely wasted. Beyond disappointed in the shoddy work provided by the tech, and lack of quality control by the immediate supervisors.

I am very satisfied with the repair. It was a very friendly environment. Cameron and Crystal were great, friendly and helpful.Crystal also took care of the rental very efficiently and smoothly .Every bit of repair was explained to me from the beginning. Every time I called Crystal answered the phone right away and got the information for me and later Cameron would contact me and explain it further. The car was ready on the day it was scheduled.The repair is perfect and the car looks as good as new. I don’t know the repair personnel, but the job was great I appreciate you team Caliber Palm desert .

Caliber was nothing short of amazing. Cameron explained everything to me and delivered as promised he’s awesome and caliber should be very, very happy that he represents them so well. My car looks great. I would highly recommend caliber to all my friends and family. Krystal was also very attentive and knowledgeable. The whole team was fantastic.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of work and quality control that was done on my truck. Several wire loom clips were broken during removal and just ignored during repair and I kept discovering even more once I had to reroute my air fitting for my air bags. The air fittings were installed behind the license plate which I had to remove and fix it myself. Upon removing the spare tire I saw that even more wire loom clips were just ignored for all the wiring for the 7 pin connector. They were just shoved back up above the spare tire and the connectors are all mangled and torn up/were never replaced. The bed rail cover was not installed correctly and is raised up because the plastic retaining pins were broken upon installation, they tried to just fix that with the weakest double sided tape I’ve ever seen. Rear tailgate emblem was chipped/damaged upon removal and was just put back onto my tailgate. New tailgate handle holes don’t match up with old handle so there are gaps and you can see down inside the tailgate. I’m sure I’m missing a few other things because I had to step away I was getting so frustrated. $10k 5 week repair that looks like a Maaco job. Unacceptable.
