I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. The team took very good care of my Kia and made sure the repairs were done properly instead of rushing the vehicle out. When a couple of issues with the window and steering came up, they were willing to keep the car and correct them before I picked it up. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the process. My car was ready for my final scheduled pickup, and it honestly drives and feels better than it did before the repair. I really appreciate the effort the team put into getting my car back in good shape. Thank you!

Miguel at caliber collision did the most in-depth inspection of all the places that gave me estimates. He was particularly aware of some safety concerns about properly doing our repair. Once we dropped it off, we were informed about the entire process. The car was done two days early than the estimate. Price was competitive with other shops. Would definitely use Caliber again.
