Manny was great from start of repair to completion. He put my fears at ease and he completely understood my situation as the car was only a month old when it was rear-ended. He took the time to explain the process of what was going on and called me when he said he would. You don't find that type of customer service nowadays. I work at Home Depot and I am the customer service specialist and I deal with customers on the daily. Good customer service is hard to come by these days but Manny and his crew provided excellent customer service. Would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Upon closer inspection of my car, I discovered a scratch that did not exist prior to my car being dropped off at Caliber. It’s chipping on the paint on an otherwise flawless area. Very disappointing!

From beginning of repair and coordinating my rental car to the completed repair, their efforts and communication was welcoming and caring ...I never wondered or worried about cost, duration of repair or anything at all.
