Impressive. It is unfortunate when we have to use a body shop, however we will say Jessup is the best we have dealt with. Amanda is outstanding. Ruben the manager from Auto department very professional at all times made me feel at ease after the accident that we had and the reason why we were at the body auto parts department. Ruben, is the right person for that department to be a manager? He had Frank take over he keep me in a loop at all times always communicated with me from the start to finish overall we are very happy with there work and customer services customer service means everything to me and my wife because we are in the same field so that’s why I’m leaving this review . Because when you get in accident that’s the last thing you want is someone that is not professional and caring! LIKE RUBEN AND FRANK . And i would recommend. To anyone that need any body work so ones again the Ruben first and then Frank

I would recommend with caution. Customer service can be excellent, but something like what is happening to me now is absolutely unacceptable. Experiences like this are what can sour the love we had for the vehicle in the first place. It does not matter how great a vehicle can be when the trust in the repair and servicing is lost.

Customer service is never an issue. The staff is always courteous, polite, and helpful in every department. My problem is with the technicians who obviously are missing the mark on how to fix the cars they are supposed to understand.
