In my estimate the wrong part was quoted and I corrected it verbally with the person we reviewed the estimate with and they said they will correct it. Needless to say the wrong part was ordered and installed. Also you painted two sides and left the hood unpainted so due to 4 years of weathering was now not the same shade of black as the newly painted sides which caused my car to lose value and your company refused to address the issue unless I wanted to pay for it even though I gave you a car that had uniformed color I got back that was no longer uniformed. Also I had to check to see if the estimate was ready and called multiple times the week it was finished as it wasn’t done when you said it would be and no one called to say when it was done or call me back when reached out to see if it was done. Very unsatisfied with service received.
