As with every business, change is sometimes necessary to progress, and maintain the same level of quality and customer satisfaction that you have known for the past two decades. I am a very picky person w my truck. It’s nothing special, but it’s mine. Melvin did a very nice job addressing my concerns and keeping me in the loop on what to expect and the progress. I am very happy how he addressed my concern on an issue. I hope I don’t need a body shop in the future, but if I do, I will seek out Melvin. Thank you.
