As with every business, change is sometimes necessary to progress, and maintain the same level of quality and customer satisfaction that you have known for the past two decades. They fixed one side of my vehicle with new headlight and told me they will clean the other one and it will look like brand new. Nope they didnot do anything. Cops twice stopped me thinking one of my headlight is not on since I have one brand new and the other is really old. One part of my vehicle is brand new the other side is old. I told them My concern at beginning and they they seems like didnot care. The day they called me I asked them what exactly you guys did. The guy on the phone kinda laugh and ask me what do you mean. You don’t know what was wrong with your vehicle kinda smiley attitude. Over all I left the place with a broken heart. Yes they fixed but wish they never did. At least my car looked like a whole. Now it looks half new half old. And who knows how many more times I’m gonna get stopped in the night.

The incorrect headlamp assembly was put in and it will definitely need to be replaced! The two headlights do not match - surprised it was not noticed by technician.

They are very professional and they kept me updated on the progress of my repair. They finished my vehicle before the estimated completion date. When I picked up my car they had cleaned it inside and out and washed it! I highly recommend them if you have repairs that need to be done.
