Fix Auto Jenks is a new name to an established business. Jenks Collision has served the city of Jenks and the surrounding communities for the last 20 years. As with every business, change is sometimes necessary to progress, and maintain the same level of quality and customer satisfaction that you have known for the past two decades. I am unsure of how to reply...since I got my car back, there is a squeal whenever I turn the steering wheel while driving. I have never heard this noise in any car I have owned. Otherwise everything else is a 10...thank you for cleaning my car...was unexpected, but very appreciated. May I bring my car in for you to check the noise made by the steering wheel?
