Fix Auto Jenks is a new name to an established business. Jenks Collision has served the city of Jenks and the surrounding communities for the last 20 years. As with every business, change is sometimes necessary to progress, and maintain the same level of quality and customer satisfaction that you have known for the past two decades. As automobiles continue to evolve, we felt the need to make sure we have equipped our shop with the latest in advanced technology and training for our staff. This experience was literally the best customer service I've ever experienced in the automotive industry. I just can't even believe that there are still places like this alive and well! I started off with a bad experience with my insurance company and literally the SECOND I got on the phone with the owner Larry, it was a done deal. Not one argument. It was just yes mam, 💕💕 and I will take care of you. I mean that's all I really want to hear!! 🥰 I got my car back and literally melted like butter. My entire car with leather was COMPLETELY wiped down. Including my $80.00 rubber floor mats. Not one speck of dust in my car! (And I'm major OCD) The exterior of my car was even BETTER than it was before. I just can't thank them enough for taking care of a single girl in the middle of an ice storm like a true owner and compassion driven expert.

Excellent job on the repairs. The paint used to cover the scratches on the rear hatch doesn’t exactly match, but is not super visible to someone not looking for it.
