It all started w/ the 1st point of contact you have, Julie! She was very convincing that everything was going to go seamlessly & it did not. She promised a Tesla Y & that was not the case, she promised that everything was taken care of when in deed it wasn’t as I had to get confirmation from both enterprise & insurance co. Even enterprise advised that we didn’t order a Tesla y. It was a mess. I missed my flight & had to drive to my destination because of all the delays w/ car rental. Other than that so far the repair is fine

Gil and his staff are great at what they do. they are that old school kind of shop that has good customer service. Julie is also amazing, I noticed the 1st thing she asks everyone is if they are OK from their accidents. Its a small thing but it indicates the concern is about helping the customer, they aren't just fixing cars.... they are helping you get through once of lifes little struggles. Good on them !!!
