My mom is told to come pick up her car, only to be told to wait 30 minutes and the car is dirty. She takes the car home only to realize that the unfixed panel gaps create a bunch of cabin noise at freeway speeds and there are no Tesla badges placed on the new trunk. She takes the car back and has the glass roof cracked. Now she has to go back again on Monday to have that replaced. It just keeps getting worse. If it was done correctly the first time we wouldn't be here.

They are informative and have kept me in the loop, but my mom has complained to me and said she felt like the staff were dismissive of the initial issues she had raised at time of pickup.
