I want to give this place a 10 the work is very good and my car looks better than when I had originally purchased it the issues just came with the communication after the car was done and getting estimates for work to be done later there's more work I'd really like this shop to do with my car but the way things went with pickup just made me feel bittersweet about the process

When I brought the car in I felt like I got top notch service, however I didn't feel like I was notified properly when the car was done I think they called my insurance but my insurance did not notify me and picking up the car it seemed like the people I dealt with were a little short with me, I understand I give a standoffish vibe but I felt like a bother while leaving

I was hesitant on where to take my truck after my accident. I know it’s 2026, but my thoughts were, I want my 2022 looking good after repairs and not have to deal with mismatch paint or unprofessional work. Fix auto did an amazing job and would highly recommend them. My truck looks new again and I’m very satisfied. Their communication is excellent. Empirio R and the other gentleman made me feel in good hands.
