This was my first time bringing my car to Fix Auto in Modesto. In the past, I’ve always gone to another location. My Tesla Model Y was recently involved in a collision, and while I would normally take it to a Tesla Collision Center, I decided to give Fix Auto a try because of all the great reviews I had read. From the moment I called, Leilani made the entire process easy. She was incredibly helpful in getting me in as soon as possible and arranging a rental car. You can genuinely tell that she cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make the experience as stress-free as possible. When I dropped off my car, I met Ryan, who was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything that would be done to my vehicle. He even made sure my car was completed ahead of schedule after learning that I needed it back before the Fourth of July so I could travel out of town. When I picked up my Tesla, I was beyond impressed. The repair work was absolutely perfect—my car honestly looked better than ever! It was also washed and beautifully detailed, which was such a nice surprise and showed the extra care they put into their work. The customer service, communication, and quality of the repairs were outstanding from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend Fix Auto Modesto to anyone needing collision repairs. I will definitely return if I ever need their services again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!
