As soon as my insurance approved the repair, I knew I would be taking my car to Fix Auto in Turlock. Vero and Sergio are both very reliable and helpful when it comes to navigating insurance claims, and they made the entire process so much easier for me. I’m especially thankful for how quickly everything was handled and how well the work was done. Vero really went above and beyond by advocating with the insurance to ensure the full repair was approved. The quality of the work was amazing, and I was so happy when I picked up my car. I recently got hit by a car that ran a red light, the driver was great about it, pulled over, let me holler at him for a minute but remained calm and assured me he was going to handle it the right way. I called fix auto and they solved my problem right away! Within a week I had my car back and better than ever! 10/10 would recommend, great customer service and prices.

Damage to my car was at 8 am, met with mechanics before 11 am, parts ordered and financing plan done before 1 pm. They were quick to inspecting and providing an estimate. Providing nearly all original Honda parts or sure to get an insurance compliant parts. Once parts were in, they had the car back to me and looking better thab when I pulled it off the lot. Going to an auto body shop, almost NEVER for good cause, this was a great experience after a bad one. Great work!

Sergio's the best! He pushed back against my stupid insurance on my behalf, making sure I could get the repairs I needed to make the car truly as good as new, and he got me an OEM bumper when the insurance wanted an after-market one. He seemed to genuinely care to get my car back to me as soon as possible. Any slowness was 100% due to the insurance; Fix Auto did their parts quickly. And they stayed open late for me to get my car when it was ready even though it's my fault I missed their phone call earlier. Excellent customer service and good communication. It made a stressful situation much more bearable.

I never leave reviews to be honest (good or bad), but this was literally the BEST experience I’ve ever had at any body shop/ mechanic shop in my life. First of all Veronica & Sergio go above and beyond to make things easy to understand, they were super friendly, so kind, knowledgeable, fair and you can easily see they are just good people, which sadly is hard to find these days. He did a spectacular job repairing a rusted out area on my car that was causing leaks. Sergio sent pics, explained everything annd worked with me. You can see quality in his work with the welding and the paint job as well. I really, really appreciate it, and it helped me out so much which saved me money & a stress free experience during a stressful time…100% recommend to any family or friend! More than fair price; I’m lucky to have found this place. They even invited us and their other customers & kids to see Santa at their shop and offered free drinks and food for Christmas for the event. Thank you again!
