Hi, I received a message that there was a part that came in after I paid my deductible and signed off on the car being complete but I live in a different city. The insurance company won’t call me back and so now I don’t know what to do I love the given insurance it’s a mistake, but I’m stuck now trying to figure out a way to take more time off work. I live in Stockton and I already took a bunch of time that I haven’t gotten compensated for that. It’s not my fault I’m just kind of giving you guys some context situation that I’m in. I love your guys work, but this is just a hard one to try to figure out. Leilani is great so Staff any ideas of how we can figure this Out

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Leilani at the front desk took care of everything beautifully from the other party’s insurance to managing the rental car for me. Bryant was very thorough and explained the needed repairs. The car came back to me like new!

I brought my car in and was told it would be ready Wednesday. It was ready on time, but I couldn’t pick it up that day. I contacted Bryant, and he was very flexible and said Friday would be fine. Also He did a great job on the car. On Friday, I called to let them know I might be late. By the time I arrived, they were already closed, but Leilani went out of her way to help and waited a bit longer so I could pick up my car. I really appreciate the effort. The shop is clean, the team is friendly, and the customer service is excellent.
