Always has awesome customer service from the front desk end all the way to the mechanics ensuring everything has been inspected multiple times and all the right parts have been replaced. I appreciate how fast fix auto gets the vehicles into the shop to start the work. This hasn't been the first time I've been to this shop so I appreciate the hard work, quality of work, honesty, and dedication this team has for fix auto. If I ever need to go to another auto body shop I will be forsure contacting fix auto for any future inquiries

The process took longer than initially quoted, and some repairs were missed. I still have scratches on my drivers side door, and both of the back passenger doors.

Car took some time to be repaired waiting for parts. There were some communication issues. No email updates or phone updates. I had to call the shop to be provided updates on vehicle progress. My mudflaps were removed for repair and not reinstalled upon completion.

Oh my goodness what more can I say. From the very beginning Leilani was so kind and professional making me feel at ease like talking to someone I’ve known for years. Then Bryant knowledgeable and professional kept me informed throughout the whole process of my vehicle getting repaired. I’m do not anticipate anymore of my EV’s getting into any collisions, but if it happens I know that the folks at Fix Auto Modesto will get the job done right the first time and make you feel like family while doing it!
