From the start to finish. As soon as I walked in the office Leilani greeted me with a smile and handshake. Very professional and inform me.about all the steps my vehicle will be going through up to completion. Bryant came out and wrote up an estimate of the damages. Again professional greeted with a smile and handshake.. Then Ryan came out to assess the damages as well. He really paid attention to my concerns and wants. It’s if I knew him all along. They updated me daily with a call or text. When car was completed it looked liked when it was new. All body lines straight and pearl white paint matching. I really appreciate they even cleaned interior and exterior of the car. Thank you FIX IT AUTO for being considerate , respectfully honest and meticulously reliable. And best of all you made me feel like family :)

Great customer service, and I loved how clean and organized the facility and shop were. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely friendly, and the team kept me updated throughout the entire process, making everything incredibly easy. It was definitely worth the drive to Modesto even though I live in Tracy. When I picked up my Tesla, it looked brand new and better than I expected. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality Tesla repairs.

My experience at city auto fix was great , the customer service is amazing. I just drop off my car and they did the rest, they did the calls to insurance and set up my rental car , they did everything for me . The work was excellent and fast , they also clean my car from the inside 👏

From start to finish. Fix auto handled everything from insurance, keeping me informed about my veh repair, and giving me a detailed list of every part that was being replaced after hitting an object on the road. The repair was quick as well even though the 3 page list looked like the entire car was being replaced, it took less than a week. The paint job is a perfect match to the rest of the body. The front desk kept me will informed throughout the process. The mechanics that worked on my veh did an amazing job.
