The staff is friendly and the manager Micky is very nice, straight forward, extremely knowledgable, and easy to work with. I was overly impressed with the level of professionalism, customer service, timely fashion, and care that I received while working with Fix Auto. The entire process was made easy for me and the shop was accomidating as I work late sometimes. To top it off my vehicle looks amazing, I was very impressed! I will definately be taking my vehicles here if I ever need repairs/body work etc. in the future! Hands down the best experience I've had when working with a collision center ( in my years I've worked with a few here in town)! Erica is FANTASTIC!! She's really on the ball & aware of what's happening with your car. Any questions you might have she usually knows, but if she doesn't, - she finds the answer !
